At Ki by Wood, each creation is carefully handcrafted from natural agarwood and other organic materials.
Slight variations in texture, color, and scent are part of the material’s natural beauty and individuality —
not considered flaws.

Because of this handcrafting process and the nature of our products,
we generally do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of:

• Items damaged during shipping; or

• Wrong product received due to our error.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos,
and we will gladly assist with a replacement or refund.

We appreciate your understanding that each Ki by Wood piece carries its own quiet character —
born from nature, shaped by patience.
